GLiNTECH’s Training Bootcamps are designed to give you a multi-day immersive Atlassian training experience, tailored to your role.

Our Training Bootcamps accelerate your level of expertise with Jira by providing you the skills on how to use the tools as well as drawing upon our years of industry experience and best practice knowledge to help you understand why and when to use them to get the most out of them for your company.

Bootcamps contain official Atlassian certified courseware augmented with modules, activities and advice from our Atlassian experts.

We know time is valuable and it can be difficult to take people out of the office for a full day, let alone multiple days. For that reason we’ve designed the Training Bootcamps to run for a maximum of 5hrs per day. This ensures we can provide all the information you need, and also leave you time to catch-up on the important day to day activities that inevitably arise.


Jira Software Bootcamp

Focusing on agile development practices, and run over 3 consecutive days, these 5-hour sessions will take a team of up to 10 people through the things you need to know to set-up and run a Jira Software project for your teams, including harnessing Advanced Roadmaps to master your agile planning and stakeholder communication.



Jira Admin Bootcamp

The most intensive of our bootcamps. During three 5-hour sessions, a team of up to 5 people will learn the important factors that go into creating an optimised Jira environment for your company. Covering everything from user permissions and access through to creating your own template projects that are tailored to your users needs. Importantly you’ll also learn what not to do, along with the tips and tricks passed on by our team of consultants that will make you a Super Admin. Anyone new to Atlassian Cloud or tasked with supporting Jira should attend this Bootcamp.



Jira Service Management Bootcamp

The JSM Bootcamp introduces a team of up to 10 people to all the features of Jira Service Management with a particular focus on how business teams can get up and running with managing service requests. We will demystify the perceived technical application of the tool and have you feeling confident in using and managing Jira Service Management to look after your customers, improve your service outcomes and report on progress with ease.




Can't attend your original course?

If you can no longer attend your originally booked training course, we offer flexibility and the following options for you:

Replacement – You can send a colleague in your place at no additional cost.

Reschedule – You can reschedule for a later date or a different course (course fees may apply). This must be done 10 business days prior to the originally booked course date.

Refund – A full refund can be requested up to 20 business days from the booked course date. If your notice period is less than 20 days, we suggest you reschedule or find a replacement attendee.

Occasionally we may need to cancel or reschedule a course - in these instances you will be offered a choice of refund or reschedule.
